Hydro North East is a family-run business led by Tom, who is both the director and part of the installation team. With over 10 years in the trade, Tom is involved in every job from the first survey right through to installation and commissioning, so the person who quotes your work is the person who does it.
Working alongside him is Steve, Tom's dad, with over 40 years of experience in plumbing, heating, and gas. There is not much he has not seen, and his knowledge is a real asset on every project. Behind the scenes, Helen keeps everything running, from answering calls and scheduling work to ordering materials and invoicing.
We built Hydro from the ground up with a simple goal: to deliver high-quality workmanship with the care and attention we would expect in our own homes. We do not believe in rushed jobs or cutting corners. Every installation is carefully planned and completed with attention to detail from start to finish.
