What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as bank transfer. For larger installation projects we are happy to talk through how payments can be staged to help you plan.

Are you gas safe registered?

Yes we are gas safe registered to work on domestic natural gas and LPG appliances, so your new boiler is installed and commissioned safely and to the required standard.

How long does a boiler installation take?

Boiler installations usually take one or two days, depending on the boiler and the complexity of the job. We will give you a clear timeline as part of your quote so you can plan around the work.

How much does a new boiler cost?

Most boiler installations fall between £1,900 and £3,500, including the boiler and the installation. The exact price depends on the make and model you choose and any extra work your system needs. We give you a clear, fixed quote after surveying your home.

Do you remove the old boiler?

Yes. Removing and safely disposing of your old boiler is included as part of our installation service. We handle everything, so there is nothing for you to arrange separately.

Is there a warranty on a new boiler?

Yes. New boilers come with a manufacturer-backed warranty, typically covering parts and labour for several years depending on the brand and model. We register the warranty on your behalf and explain the terms before you commit.

How often do I need to service my boiler?

Boilers should be serviced annually to keep the warranty valid and ensure efficiency. A yearly service also catches small issues early, before they turn into bigger, more expensive problems.

How long does a boiler service take?

A boiler service usually takes between 45 minutes and an hour depending on the make and model. We work tidily and leave your home as we found it.

What does a boiler service include?

A boiler service includes a thorough inspection and safety check, cleaning internal components and the system filter to ensure your heating system is running efficiently, safely, and reliably.

How much does a boiler service cost?

An annual boiler service costs between £60 and £120 depending on the make and model. We confirm the price when you book, with no surprises on the day.

Can you repair as well as service boilers?

Yes. We diagnose and repair boiler faults as well as carrying out annual servicing. We explain what is needed in plain English and quote each repair on its own merits, so you are never pushed toward unnecessary work.

How much does underfloor heating cost?

Underfloor heating varies widely in price. The cost depends on the floor type, controls, pipe spacing, and the system you require. We are happy to discuss your requirements and provide you with a tailored estimate, usually somewhere between £2,000 and £10,000.

Is underfloor heating efficient?

Yes. Because underfloor heating runs at a lower water temperature than radiators, it pairs well with a modern, efficient boiler and spreads warmth evenly across the room, which helps keep running costs sensible.

Can underfloor heating be fitted in one room?

Absolutely. We install wet underfloor heating for single rooms, extensions, and full house projects. We tailor the design to your floor build-up and the rooms it serves.

Does underfloor heating work with my boiler?

In most cases, yes. Wet underfloor heating works well with modern boilers and other heat sources. We assess your existing system during the survey and design the installation to suit it.

How long does underfloor heating take to install?

It depends on the size of the project and the floor build-up. We give you a clear timeline as part of your tailored estimate, and we plan the work carefully to keep disruption to a minimum.

How long does installation take?

Installation of a single system usually takes one to two days. Multi-split or ducted systems usually take two to four days depending on the number of units and the complexity of installing ductwork.

Does air conditioning heat as well?

Yes. Modern systems provide efficient cooling in summer and heating in winter, all from the same wall unit, giving you year-round comfort and precise control over each room.

How often does air conditioning need to be serviced?

AC units should be serviced annually to extend the lifespan of your unit, preserve the warranty, and maintain efficiency. We are happy to look after your system for you.

How much does air conditioning cost?

Air conditioning typically costs between £1,500 and £12,000 depending on the number of units and the complexity of the installation. We size the system properly and give you a clear quote before any work begins.

Is air conditioning expensive to run?

Modern systems use inverter technology to keep running costs down. They run quietly and let you control each room precisely, so you only heat or cool the spaces you are using.
